I can never pick my favorite part of of the Carrot Cake Cupcake. Sometimes it's the wonderful array of spices mixed with the creamy texture of the frosting. Other times it's the softness of the cupcake itself that just makes the whole treat melt in my mouth. Whatever it is, it's all good.
